I have not been able to access emails on the o2 site for a few days now. Is there a problem?

Added a link to the original thread - It's been ongoing for some time in a staggered shut down, unless you migrated BB to Sky, in which case you should now be going through Sky's servers and not O2's.

The service began to shut down in November 2013. You would have been sent emails to inform you of this.

The accounts switch off seems to be gathering pace now.

I had been going through o2 servers till the weekend. Can I no longer do that?

Probably not, if as you say you haven't been able to access your mail for a few days.

I agree with that @jonsie  The amount of posts we have had over the last 4 days re O2 email not working, does seem to point to servers switching off?...

Hi

I am having this issue with O2 webmail. Blank screen for 2 days now

I have a Sky ID but have never used it. If I sign in to Sky, will i be able to view all my old emails (I have a few sub-folders that I need to access as they have Holiday confirmation/travel documents in)

Also, if I use Sky, is my email address the same?
