Hi,
I have been conned today by e2save who phoned me pretending to be O2. I got flustered and agreed to renew my contract and they are sending me an upgrade phone. I have contacted O2 who know nothing about this and have today renewed my contract with them.
I have emailed E2save to ask them to cancel my order. Is there anything furhter anyone can suggest?
I do really apprecite any help

You must choose the network that works best for you, it's about coverage as well as service.
O2 don't run E2Save.

Please elaborate on how you were conned. Did they claim to be O2 or mislead you in any way?

DSR gives you 14 days to return goods if you are not happy.
You need to follow the relevant companies return policy though.

DSR is now called the Consumer Contracts Regulations from 13th June 2014 I have just found out.

I believe so too, whether the company use delaying tactics though.....the op needs to push it with them.
