There isn't one I'm afraid. Your best bet is to speak to online customers services if you need help online.

I've been waiting for more than 5 working days for them to respond to me.
Maybe if O2 haven't got the facilities to support their paying customers properly, they should promise so many thing in the adverts. They should just concentrate on their core business for a descent price.

Since when did O2 advertise in their adverts they had a customer service team responding to queries via email?
I dont see why its so hard to call them or just go online.
And to confirm again mycare@o2mail.co.uk IS NOT MONITORED THEY WILL NOT RESPOND!

They may not have, but the "Contact us" link has always taken you to an "Email us" link, until the recent update to that page, where it has been removed.
This has been in regular use for at least the last four years to my knowledge.
