Help please: When I go into webmail I cannot compose a message. Cursor will not go into messge field because it is showing all the 'text options'???? ie bold etc Anyone know what I can do - who I can call?

which browser are you using?

You could try disabling rich text editor in webmail settings

Changing browser may let you use the Rich Text Editor, I use Firefox and it works for me ok.

in internet explorer 9 compatability mode allows the rich text editor
