Is anyone else having problems connecting to an o2 advisor via chat?

I have been trying for days with no luck!

They usually close around 10pm I think then reopen again at 8.30am but I admit that on the website a few times over the past week it has been saying live chat offline even during the day

I will try to call them. I work in an open plan office so it's much easier to chat online.
