Does anyone know if there is a problem with the O2 webmail service? I keep getting a 404 error.
Before I'm re-directed to the link about having AV, keeping it up to date and have a secure password. I keep my AV up to date (with auto search/install) I run full system scans weekly with AV and Malware software. My system is clean. My password is an alphanumeric with special characters which I change at regular intervals so I doubt its been hacked.
Seems to me that O2 like to use these obvious security precautions to disguise a problem with their systems. The reason I cannot access my webmail is something to do with O2 not my security set up.
Asking Lucy the virtual agent for an answer to anything is a waste of time. Most of the answers received are of no use whatsoever.
If the reason I can't get into my webmail is because O2 are doing upgrades (this has been the problem in the past) might I suggest O2 put some sort of banner message on the Home screen letting customers know this?
