Cannot see any bills - latest or older

When trying to view the bill from My O2 (any bill latest or older) I consistently see this error message:

 

DASH_ERR04: The account number in the target address is invalid.

It just worked after navigating to the bill area again from o2 home page, I think before that for some reason was trying to show bill for an earlier disconneted account.

So you are sorted now @Anonymous ? You don't need help from us if you have managed to get into My O2?.... This is how I do it...

In My O2
View your latest bill in My O2
Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.
Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
That will bring up the old style web page
Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu.
Click on 'what I've used'
Click on voice calls and you should see numbers called since your last bill.

It is the usual error message for a non existent link.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
