Solved: Can't access voicemail!!

I have turned my voicemail on by dialling 1750 and then I dial 901 to access my voicemail.

It then says redirecting you to pay & go top up services and nothing to do with my voicemail. Does this mean I have to top up to set up my voicemail or has the number changed?

calls to voicemail are chargeable so you need credit on the phone to listen / make changes to it

If you have set up a pin number on voicemail (from the 8705 default pin) you can pick up your messages from a landline. Just switch the mobile off and call your number then interrupt the announcement by pressing the * key. Enter your pin to listen to messages.

im having same problem except i have £20 credit and can still make calls just when i call voicemail it diverts to top up??? any answers

What VM number are you dialing?
