Azzurri Communications / Breach of Privacy

re-post, with apologies.
++++++++++++++++++++++++
Dear O2,
I a very rarely one to complain about a poor customer experience, being a tolerant kind of person. But It appears that I have been subject to the Azzurri Communications business account scam too. My ongoing experience is now so bad that I am driven to complain in a public internet forum in the hope that someone somewhere at O2 cares enough to do something about it, and other business customers are aware of this customer service debacle.
I have a business account with O2 with a number of handsets and data plans.
It appears that some of those handsets contracts have been passed over for handling by Azzurri Communications without my consent.
How did I notice this? The bill costs almost doubled.
What can I do about it? Nothing, it would appear. I am 'in contract' with Azzurri Communications until November on part of the account (some handsets and data plans) despite the fact that the primary business account is out of contract and with O2.
And now I cannot negotiate and review my business contract as a whole, because it is being managed in two different places, with two different companies.
How did this happen? Nobody knows, ask a straight question, and get very evasive answers. It appears that if you speak to O2 it is Azzurri, and if you speak to Azzurri it is O2.
What can I do? Nothing apart from raise a 'partner dispute form' with O2.
What can O2 do? Nothing, because the accounts are with Azzurri Communications.
Very, very annoyed about this O2. I have always had a good customer service experience in the past, but it has just fallen off a cliff.
After 17 years as a customer since your Cellnet days you are within a hair's breadth of losing my business.
That I am driven to the internet to complain should speak volumes to you.
Sort it out.

Re: Azzurri Communications

As far as I understand it from my dealings with azzuri and another partner and o2 Complaints review service all contracts with 3 or more handsets were passed to a partner. (I am only quoting what i was told)
I Have just had my complaint resolved by crs and in november 2011 we will be reverting to o2 direct.
And o2 do not post here on a regular basis try a pm to chris@o2

Dear AngusP. I am sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the Azzurri Account Management Programme. We would like to resolve this to your satisfaction. Could you contact the team on 0800 096 6505 and ask to speak to a team manager and we will ensure that any issues you are experiencing are addressed?

Re: Azzurri Communications

Dear Azzurri,
Whilst I appreciate the effort to contact me to rectify this I am horrified and frightened that you have logged into the administration of this bulletin board, breached privacy laws and used my login credentials to contact me at my office directly.
I posted anonymously and have taken up the issue with O2 directly.
I am aghast as to how this has been allowed to happen.
O2, you need to act on this.
regards
angus

Re: Azzurri Communications

Dear O2,
Don't you think it is time that someone responded to this? Even some acknowledgement of the original complaint would be a step in the right direction.
We'll handle the gross breach of my privacy separately, shall we? You might start by looking at the absence of a privacy policy on this website, that is referred to in your terms and conditions of use. You might then explain how my supposedly secure, personal information relating to the use of this internet forum was accessed by a third party company (or at all).
I am sure I am not the only forum user / customer interested to hear.
Regards
Angus

Re: Azzurri Communications

Starting a post on here with 'dear o2' is as pointless as standing on your doorstep and shouting it. Have you ever considered contacting them through the official channels?
Ps what happened regarding azzurri contacting you directly? That sounds very odd after they posted a request on here for you to call them.

Azzurri contacted me at the office by phone about this post.
The only way Azzurri could have done that is by having my name and email address. Either they have access to this forum's administration, or somebody who does have access passed them that personal information.
Either way it is very naughty indeed.

Hi Adam,
No I have not contacted the complaints review service, how do I do that?
I have sent a message to the forum admin, Chris, who is looking into it.
Please do not let the breach of my privacy overshadow the original problem with my account / Azzurri though.

regards

Re: Azzurri Communications

complaints review service all info on the o2 support pages just typr complain into the support search.
As to the privacy issue that one throws me as the forums a moderated by a 3rd party for o2 so not shure how they got the details. But as the account is in there control not sure how it happend but I have faith that Chris will resolve it for you.(perhaps hold of the crs until chris respond.)
