OK everyone I need some help and fast! I had wanted to close down my O2 business account and yes as all of you can imagine, I had somehow automatically been switched to Azzuri as my provider.
It all happened during the iphone4 upgrade time. I wanted to know more, but long story short, I some how got switched. And no, I didn't receive a 300 pound check, and no I didn't get free iphone4s either. To me getting switched was an absolute shock! I wonder why O2 didn't let me know about this...
So a month and a half ago, I tried to close the service down. O2 said its with Azzuri. I called Azzuri and they said that they have me on contract till November 2012.
I complained and it took them 2.5 weeks to talk to finance to check that I indeed didn't get cheques/nor did I cash them. Now they have said they will put my account back on O2 with a reversal. However, they have said that the reversal is in progress but it is now with O2.... that a DIRECTOR at O2 must make this reversal. And once this is approved, it will be reversed. I've already been waiting for 2 weeks.
Is there anyone who can help? If this is indeed with O2, does anyone know who is the DIRECTOR who I must speak with?
I was actually thinking of going to this forum to write my horror story, only to find more Azzuri horror stories in this forum. Sad...
