Hey guys/girls, first of all, I'm fairly new here so my name is Matthew.
Anyway, introduction over, I have a business contract for 24 months and have the option of a mid term upgrade. My thing is here, with my "midterm" being May in 2011, I don't particularly want the iPhone 4, so would I be able to wait a few months for the NEXT iPhone to come out, or does the mid term upgrade offer expire?

As far as I can remember if you go past 12 months and do mid term later it is 12 months from upgrade.

Meaning I'd be paying for an upgrade rather than a free mid term upgrade?

There is a very old thread about this but it looks like mid term is being phased out in it's current form

You dont have to upgrade on the 12th month you can do it after but you will have to resign on 24mth from the day of upgrade
