4G setup not working

I started a sim only contract to get 4G , got the SIM card yesterday and went to set up the 4G, after I confirm the code that gets texted to you it asks to select your phone make and model , the drop down list is blank and there are no options , I have tried on my phone internet and on my laptop using different internet browsers but I still get the same problem

My phone is an iPhone 5s

No need for the 4g set up assistant at all anyway.
Call cs and make sure 4g is enabled on your account and that is all you need to do.

You should also get prompted to update the carrier profile to the latest one .
If not, connecting to iTunes usually pushes the update through.
