02 Send A Free Text

Anonymous
Not applicable
Afternoon. I have had this problem for a while now, every time i go on to the 02 website to send a free text, it doesn't work. I go on to the site click "send a free text" and then it brings me to the log in page, i enter my details as i usually would, but it automatically signs me out and returns me to the home page, I've repeated this over and over but nothing seems to happen. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

Not happy about the free text sending online with 02. Used to be ten a day. Now its ten a month. Are you seriouse 02. The amount people have spent with you in the past. Let me speak for almost 20 people here who are all saying goodbye 02 over the next week. All these people used the site message when needed. Now you get ten a month not a day. Not very helpfull at all. Im sure orange do emergency calls and texts as Im sure others will too. Phone and new network shopping for me and many others tomorrow. After years of sticking with 02.

Its not on. Discruntled long term 02 user soon not to be! Raar

I believe this service has now been withdrawn.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
