so got a new contract for monthly and a new mob z5 loverly phone but it keeps freezing and hanging up on me then i contact o2 and ask if i can change but the local phone shop wont help me and the service says i have to send other back but it leaves me with no phone and no gaurentee i will be accepted hopefully o2 will look at other options to help out there customers in the future?
