I think O2 users are now the only ones in the World now who can't get the update!!! Makes you feel proud eh? O2 are treating us like crap and we should all make as much noise as possible to show them how dissatisfied we are at the complete contempt they're treating us with. They don't even have the decency to tell us WHY they're alone in not approving the update. Last time I spoke to them they said they "had no current plans to release the update".

Don't know whether that qualifies as breach of contract but it surely comes close.

Just had a tweet back from o2, they are asying the update should be available from 1st August. Fingers crossed.

Well at least it's something tangible. Up till now O2 were unable to confirm that an update had ever been released! This is progress!

Did you get it through o2 or a reseller such as Phones 4 U as those phones are unlocked and get a different version?
