i just topped up my phone on 17/9/2014 i haven't used my credit as i have top up bundles but it says my credit is 00.07 but i still have my bundles if someone could help me it would be most appreciated thanks slight_smile

Can you advise what Payg tariff your on please ?

On O2 unlimited you get some allowances and keep your top up to pay for calls , texts and data when you've used up your allowances or can use it for your next anniversary date.

The big bundles take your top up on your anniversary date to pay for your allowances.

If your bundle has refreshed it will take your credit to pay for it.
