I can't receive pictures - the call is diverted to O2 and I get a message from O2 to go online to their website and access the picture. Does something need unblocked?

This is the response I get -

Unfortunately, your mobile device is not capable of receiving settings directly. Please contact Customer Service who can assist with your settings query.

I thoughts as much, not all handsets can receive settings over the air. You will need to enter the settings manually.

Can you access the internet? You might need the WAP settings as well but below are the MMS settings, just put either the contract or pay and go settings depending on which you are.

Access point name: wap.o2.co.uk (contract customers) or payandgo.o2.co.uk (pay-as-you-go customers)
Username: o2wap (contract customers) or payandgo (pay-as-you-go customers)
Password: password
Authentication: Normal
Data bearer: GPRS
Gateway IP (proxy) address: 193.113.200.195
Session mode: Permanent
Port number: 8080 or 9201
URL address: http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

I am pay as you go. I can't access the pay as you go access point using www.payandgo.o2.co.uk - is this the correct procedure? Many thanks for your help.

No. You need to enter the details wanty gave you into the internet settings on your handset.
However, its an iMode handset, so I doubt you will be able to get the browser to work.
No - there isn't an app for it.

God you know, I didn't even realise it was an Imode handset (forgot that even existed to be honest).

Imode has been switched off now so you won't be able to use i-mms.
