no internet or data

my phone was broken and i sent it off for repair, they couldnt fix it and replaced it. i tried it with my old SIM but it said 'no service' i tried downloading blackberry service books but it didnt work. i ordered a new SIM but this problem continued on the new one. even after activation of the new SIM the problem remains, what should i do?

Sounds like the replacement phone is faulty or has the wrong settings installed. I would contact the store for a Guru to look at it to confirm.
S3 i9305 Dual SIM (4.2.2).
