Have you tried a battery pull? Usually works. If it does then go to the app world and look for Quickpull. After installation, set up a nightly reboot and your problems will go away.

The technical bit is basically its consumed all its memory with open data connections i.e. to facebook, twitter and anything else which the only solution is too reboot the phone. I normally see it if I leave the browser open on a webpage and then go into something else. Later on during the day I have the dreaded "timer" icon slowing my phone down to a brick.

I keep getting this message as well - thank God - thought it was me just being thick. So it's not an O2 connection problem? So can I connect to Web on O2 network without wi-fi if no AT&T is available?
I thought BB Torch 9810 had a fair bit of memory - would you suggest i try the pull strategy also? Thanks.
