i recently got offered the pay monthly unlimited messages and 200 uk minutes for £10.50 a month but they sent me a normal sim and i need a micro sim . what can i do about this ? can i still get the tariff ?

All you are doing is swapping everything to a new simcard. ie. tariff and number. If you have any phone numbers stored on your present sim make a note of them as they won't be transferred to the new sim.
