Hi

We are customers so please ring O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract to find out.

Look in her myo2 to see if the charges are there.

Look under recent charges for a breakdown. Best guess would be numbers not covered by allowance or mm being sent instead of texts.

Either that or she's fallen for one of those scams for phoning a premium rate number to see where a parcel is etc? As said above, check her 'MyO2' account or ring cs.
