Hi,

I'm sorry you both have not had a good time with O2 but of course you must go where you get good signal etc.

I'd just like to give a few tips if I may.

Before leaving unlock your phone to all networks so you can continue to use your phone on your new Network or improve it's resale value.

It is free to Contract Customers or £15 to Payg customers T&C Apply.

Unlock form : https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&route=unlocking&case=Handset%20Unlocking%20Form

Also it's a good idea to obtain Payg SIM cards from the Networks your interested in to ensure you get good signal where you live, work and commute.

PAC Code Help to retain your mobile number : http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Obtaining-a-PAC-Code-from-the-O2-Network/m-p/54427...

Leaving 02 Help Thread : http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Cancelling-Your-Contract-A-Guide/m-p/566774/high...

Hope these help and good luck.

You can upggrade 1 month early, so I'm not sure what you are talking about here,,,,,

Seroiusly, 4 days is enough for you to want to leave anyway.....???

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
