Wondering if any one else has had this scenario ... ?
I have searched all over the place and cannot see an answer to this problem?
This message pops up on a white screen "app error 104" with "continue" and the only option is to press "continue".
I have re-booted and did the old "Battery Pull" etc. etc. but to no avail.
Any insight most apperciated.

Thanks for your reply ... On pressing "Continue" it recovers however it still fails sporadically with the "App Error 104". I will give your suggestion ago.
I have had my 9900 since they first came out and it’s been as good as gold.
Just recently I updated the BlackBerry Desktop Software (PC) and since then it does not synchronise the "Calendar" bit of outlook 2010. Wonder if they are related?

Happy to report updating the BlackBerry 7.1 OS device software has done the trick.
Only left to sort out my Calendar Synch problem.
