Why is there no mention of the Lumia 800 on the O2 Support website?

If you look on any of the dropdown lists in 'Help With Your Phone' for Nokia, there is no Lumia 800

If you search for Nokia in the 'Find out more about your phone' section it comes back and tells you that you searched for HTC.  Time Support got support and got their site sorted out.

There are lots of phones missing. My own Galaxy Nexus is not one there. 

I'm not sure of the criteria for getting on the list, maybe it's units sold.

There is a lot of stuff on there which is now quite old

the nokia 710 and 800 are new phone o2 will updates it on o2.co.uk asap

Like you I am waiting for the L800 to become listed and also can it be supported in bluebook?

It is now JULY and the situation is exactly the same as when I first wrote, does anyone at O2 ever read what is wriiten on these boards?

These boards are intended for users to help each other, so if you have a specific question about the Lumia 800, you're more than welcome to start a new thread and ask your question. There are loads of people who'll love to help you out.
