Hi. I'm using a Blackberry Bold 9790 under the O2 pay monthly. I was wondering, if I unlock my phone to enable me to insert a foreign sim card by filling in the form on the O2 page, will it have any effect towards my O2 sim card once I return to the UK in September?

No, it shouldn't any effect towards your o2 sim once you return - you should be able to use as normal
