I have no network signal in my area. Signed up for Tu Go on my Nokia Lumia but it is worse than useless...excellent wi-fi signal but not receiving calls or messages....Is it just me or does it work?! Exasperated and I have 8 months left to run on my contract grrrr

Major problem with the app. No signal in office. Tried downloading TU go, sent me a pin code but app is stuck on we will txt you when we have activated your account! Uninstalled the app, reinstalled and was told that my number was already registered and to contact o2 support. Went on chat line with them, after 10 minutes they refered me to this community page. Help please??????
