I've just moved from Pay and Go to a monthly contract.  I used to get an outgoing text alert when I sent a message but this no longer happens and I can't see how to change it.  My phone is a Lumia 640.

 

Can anyone help, please?

Yes, it's been received to the sms gateway for the recipient.
No network will tell you when an sms has been read.
