Speaking clock on voicemail

I have an HTC desire phone on the 02 paygo. Today I had a voicemail and when I listened to the message is was the speaking clock. I cannot get rid of this voicemail as it doesn't seem to end and I get charged everytime I attempt to get rid of it. Has anyone out there got any suggestions.

Speaking clock on voicemail

Check that your desire is calling the correct number to retrieve your Voicemail (probably 901 if you are a consumer customer in the UK).
No - there isn't an app for it.

Re: Speaking clock on voicemail

Have you checked your phone is dialling the correct number?
Changing SIM or network won't help if the wrong number is stored.
