Went to the o2 shop, and they gave me a new sim card. Was told to turn my phone off for an hour. When i turned it back on still the same problem of 'Sim not provisioned'. And i'm sure this sim is activated because the woman gave the o2 customer service team the sim card number...... Waiting to see what happens now. Finger's crossed.
Still not working! I haven't had a working phone for a week! Ive been ringing o2 everyday, they then tell me they will try to fix it and tell me they will ring me back as soon as they can and then don't!!!! It's beyond a joke now, if i didn't have so many friends on o2 i would have switched to Orange by now!
