Santander Online Banking

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing issues accessing Santander Online banking on Windows Phone?

When I try to access this by visiting santander.co.uk, I click Log on and it says "We're having trouble displaying this page". This happens on a Lumia 1520 and 635 on several different WiFi connections as well as on 3G/4G. It works fine when I try on an iPhone or Android.

I've tried clearing the cache on both Windows Phones and have tried four browsers.

Anyone any ideas?!

Thanks

Hello @Anonymous

Do you have an update for us?

Are you now able to access Santander Online Banking on your Windows Phone?

Hi,

No still no access on either of my phones. Santander didn't have any ideas either I'm afraid. May attempt to try and reset one of my phones to see if that makes a difference. Really wish Santander had an app on the Windows Store 😞

Sorry to hear that you are still having problems.  Hopefully the reset will help.  Good luck slight_smile

Strangely, no such luck.

I reset my work phone, and still can't access the login page for Satander.

This is a small item part of a bigger issue i've had with Windows Phones for a while though, i think it's time to go back to Android!

It's a shame your having to consider changing platforms because of this and other issues. Makes sense until windows has caught up for your wants and needs.

I don't see this as a WP issue though, per se.
It's obviously connected to your phones, somehow (or your data connection) but it isn't a universal WP problem.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I have a Windows Phone here and just logged in to Santander with no issues.

I know where you are coming from wanting to switch from Windows Phone. As much as I like it it's still considerably behind Android in terms of functionality and completeness. I've just switched to a Galaxy S5 after a few months with a Lumia 1020. Everything is so easy on Android and you just know that it's going to work.

So we now know from a windows phone user and bank account holder that it does work.
