When I try to connect my phone to my laptop I get the message an unregistered phone is trying to connect why is this happening?

Hello,
You can probably solve this problem by registering your phone on the Samsung site.
If that doesn't work, please give a little additional information about how you're trying to connect & what you already tried.

Have you also installed the correct software? I think you need PC Studio (which you should be able to download on the Samsung site).
