Ringing Problems

I have a new Microsoft 640 with a new sim card but my old number. I have just discovered that my callers get six rings before my phone starts ringing and then mine only rings for 5 rings before cutting out. My phone is set up for max rings but more annoying my callers do not get diverted to my voicemail even though that is set up, they just get two bleeps and then cutt off. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Guide16

Have you checked if the diverts to voice mail are still active? If you have them on, it should ring 5 times before the call gets diverted, not 11 times...

Can you try * # 61 #  call to check the diverts?

Did you ask just one person or several about this?

Dial ##002# then send which will cancel all diverts. Then dial 1750 to turn on voicemail again.
