Hi @Anonymous

Pending usually means waiting....or unfinished, incomplete....You may need to do something else...Or if you have placed an order you will be waiting to see if it is accepted...Check again tomorrow

If you have sent a text and it is pending....you may need to resend it... and check your network status here

It may well be that the OP means he has a delivery report which states pending against the message.

o2 do not use delivery reports in what most would expect to be the usual way - an option on the handset.

Instead it seems as though you need to use a code at the start of the message - *0#.

See thread for confirmation - Samasung-Galaxy-S6-Edge-No-delivery-reports

The only phone I've ever used that worked with O2 and delivery reports was an HTC One.
All others need the code as above but the standard phone status will probably always give the wrong result.
