I sent my palm pre off to 02 for repair on wednesday 26th January 2011. I experienced excellent customer service in the O2 shop- Telford and my phone has been fixed and returned already!!! The problem is when my phone was fixed, my internet and mms settings must have been wiped and i am not able to create a 'new profile'. I need Internet APN, Username and Password information. I have completed a couple of searches on the O2 site and google, but i only get the following information:
mobile.02.co.uk
mobileweb
password
which my palm will not accept.
I cannot call/ text as my phone is not working and i have search all the palm pre user guides... any ideas?
