I sent my palm pre off to 02 for repair on wednesday 26th January 2011. I experienced excellent customer service in the O2 shop- Telford and my phone has been fixed and returned already!!! The problem is when my phone was fixed, my internet and mms settings must have been wiped and i am not able to create a 'new profile'. I need Internet APN, Username and Password information. I have completed a couple of searches on the O2 site and google, but i only get the following information: mobile.02.co.uk mobileweb password which my palm will not accept. I cannot call/ text as my phone is not working and i have search all the palm pre user guides... any ideas? Thanks in advance
Right i got the Palm Pre Plus and i wanted to clear all the data on the phone and once i had done that it loaded up and it comes up with 'Enter phone settings' and it says Internet APN and username and password and i have tried everything on the web and it is just not taking it so could you please give me some questions about it like the internet APN code thanks.
Yeah but i cant doing anything except emergency calling it just comes up with Internet APN settings when i load up the phone it will not let me do anything else and i have tried everything and it really annoying me please could you do something about this situation thanks.
