An O2 muppet (who doesn't look at their website) couldn't resolve my question this morning, so I am relying on users.
On the MyO2 page, it says if I send a picture text it is eqivalent to 4 normal texts from my allowance, then it will cost 20.5p per message outside of allowance.
Muppetdom of O2 claim all picture text costs 35p (O2 website says 25p) and I have to pay for all of them, although his record of the tariff wasn't the same as mine.
The Muppet alleged they've changed my contract, which is news to me as I've not been told.
Can anyone untangle this, all I want to know is do I pay for the *****ing pictures texts or not!
If I do have to pay for all of them, how do I get O2 to change their web pages, otherwise I feel a letter to trading standards coming on.........................

It's 'cos I was on an old tariff, those of us who've been around forever do get free MMS out of SMS allowance. Found a Guru who twigged it when I asked about this.
