Nokia stopped working

Anonymous

Understand the fobbing off from o2. My Nokia has stopped working at home now for the last 2 weeks. I've been onto the online guru's, been into the o2 shop, got a new SIM, still doesn't work at home. I keep getting network not available, or, no network connection. Why does it work everywhere else? They are all baffled and say it must be something I'm doing and trying to flog me a new iPhone. Help!
