I recently got a new Nokia Lumia 800 phone on the 'O2 200 24 month Extra' tariff. This gives me 'The All-Rounder Data' which is a 'UK data allowance of 500MB per month to use on your mobile or for tethering usage, plus unlimited Wi-Fi'. So far I have only been able to access the internet when connected to wifi, despite my phone showing either a G, H or 3G symbol. This is not ideal as it means I cannot use the phone as desired whenever/wherever I would like.
Any help would be much appreciated.
