Nokia Lumia 610

I'm really happy with my Nokia Lumia 610 with 1 exception.  The phone does not ring long enough before it goes to voicemail, I always get miss calls.  I've been to the Nokia site and asked but they can't help.  I was wondering if it is an O2 thing and can I have a longer ringing time PLEASE.

Use the code below to extend the ring time.

Enter it into the keypad and dial as if making a normal call

**61*901*11*30#[send] where 30 is the max time. You can set it to either 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 No spaces in code.

Dial 1760 to turn off or 1750 to turn on voicemail.

Dialling 1710 will switch off voicemail but send you a text when you miss a call.
