When i put videos onto my computer i use the usb cable and normally just copy and paste them to it but doing this i dont get sound. This is generally just videos i have recorded, i have tried using the blackberry softwear that was installed but i had the same problem then..no sound. I don't know whether this is just blackberrys and you cant have sound or whether im doing something wrong. Please help.
