I don't have an iOS device but a windows phone and noticed not many posts in this section so thought I'd stick my two pence worth in and say it's affecting all of the UK and that a fix will come, eventually.

Also, will be refunded for loss of service like they used to do a few years ago or can we go whistle?

I'm going to be trying! And O2! Stop saying this is "isolated instances" - your own statement says it's affecting a significant portion of the network.....grrrrrr
