Microsoft voucher with new Lumia 635 - still not received

Not sure if this the right board but I emailed for this way back in May and still have not received it despite several enquiries.  Can anyone help?

You need to call customer services but they may refer to Microsoft.

If this is the £30 voucher, you should have got it within days of submitting your details .... Did you get confirmation from Microsoft when you submitted the online form? Have you tried chasing this up with them? Anyway, any problems with their promotions are handled by their own customer support, as shown below (conveniently "borrowed" from their website
