If this is the £30 voucher, you should have got it within days of submitting your details .... Did you get confirmation from Microsoft when you submitted the online form? Have you tried chasing this up with them? Anyway, any problems with their promotions are handled by their own customer support, as shown below (conveniently "borrowed" from their website
