From the article, it appears to be a low end phone. Probably aimed for a stocking filler.

Oh @Bambino In my day a 'stocking filler' meant two oranges, an apple, some nuts and two shillings....
and if I was very lucky...a set of hankies...
In my day, a stocking filler meant a leg!!

The current low end Nokia-Microsoft phone is the Lumia 530. Retails at £60 and above on PAYG.
Hopefully new phone wil replace the 530. As the 530 has notable deficiencies. (no front camera, no flash, poor battery). But to be honest for £60 I would not grumble about the 530.

Sub £100 and if they want to make a huge impact around £60 will do it.....Yes that might do it...:smileywink:
Lumia...without Nokia...Would that still be a windows phone I presume? (Packing all this into my brain as you see)...
Yep. Microsoft owns the brand now.
