Lumia 1020 free camera grip?

Received my new Lumia 1020 today and according to the Nokia website, I should be able to claim a free camera grip via nokia.ly/cameragrip - however, I am getting "This IMEI number is invalid or has already been used" when I enter my details. I've double checked my IMEI both on the handset and the box and am entering it correctly.

I have emailed Nokia via the address supplied on the promotion page, just wondering if any other new Lumia 1020 owners have had any success? Could this be an issue with the 64gb handset which is exclusive to O2?

Got home today to a missed delivery from the royal mail. Hopefully that might be it?!?

False alarm, it was something for the wife.

So still no grip after 29 days. 😞

If you haven't received the grip by now I think you should all contact the email address given on page 2.

I have received my grip as previously mentioned and it works fine...even has a built in battery so that your photos don't use up all the power in the phone which is great.

I would suggest plugging it into your phone charger before you use it though to get a full charge

I emailed them on 9th July and got this reply.
