Email in my Nokia 710 with an o2 monthly account is very haphazard. Sometimes I get it, sometimes it freezes, waiting for messages to arrive. Is there a way to unblock the system?

What type of email account are you using? Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail/O2?

 

Have you tried removing your battery for 10-15 seconds and then putting it back in and turning your phone on to see if it makes any difference?

 

Is email slow even when connected to WiFi?
