I got told on twitter late yesterday evening by O2....
That Belle was able to be downloaded for my Nokia N8 with the product code : 059C1B7

That's what O2 Said to me

On the nokia Site it says : O2 UK N8-00 059C1B7 Waiting for approval
, I'v checked with my program and there is no update to download , Please let us know why/When you are releasing the Update for this PR Code , 3 have updated their customers and so have other providers , please let us have it , thanks for any replys

This means that it's out for my product code : 059C1B7 : on nokia it says awaiting approval ......... this is mind baffling

If you look at the nokia website for belle, at the top is says the last time it was updated, Which was the 22nd February.
I have been reading alot about O2 and belle on the internet because I want it on my phone. There is no date set yet for its release but they could be waiting for the belle fix to come out before letting us update to belle.

Belle released to O2 with the Nokia C7 on Friday as I posted in another thread

Thanks for the info , but why are 02 Telling me i should be able to download it for my N8 ? they'v been saying it for about a week now ?
