Help setting up internet on minions phone

Ok got my son a minions phone lexibook gsm20series how do I set up Internet browser

I've had a look online and I'm not even convinced it has internet capability, but anyway, try texting the word "active" to 2020 and if that doesn't work try manually entering the O2 data settings from this link http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/o2-apn-settings

Looking at the argos listing here it only appears to be wap capable so very very limited internet capability.
