Deleting emails already deleted.....

Anonymous
Not applicable

My phone 'died' for a while today [not low on battery], claimed to be 'locked' and then kicked back in.

Trouble is, I now have 800 emails 'received', 400 'sent' - all those I've deleted!

I can't seem to access Facebook - nor my AOL email account...................

Has the phone reset itself in some weird way.............?

I can't see a way to delete all those emails at once.

I would assume there is a setting on your phone to "delete emails off server" and it's not been checked.
Unfortunately if you don't have access to the email account, the only way will be to manually delete them. Again.

Easiest way would be to delete on your pc if you can.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi Cochyn, how are you getting on with this? Have you been able to restore the previous settings?
