And what if its nothing to do with insurance. A warranty repair, for example, or a repair under SOGA?
£25, pay on the day you drop your phone in and receive a old rubbish Nokia with no WAP or camera, then wait 3 weeks for your phone to be repaired or replaced, take back the phone and get your new shiney phone and give back the old one to get your £25 back. Done this 6 times now. So, yeah.
I have just got a courtesy phone from o2 whilst my phone undergoes warenty repairs. Yes, i had to pay £25 DEPOSIT! I will get this back when i drop the phone back off at o2.
