Can anyone help? I signed up for Bluebook in November, since then I can't get onto it to view my stored texts, which I need for my solicitor, to do with my divorce. I've rang o2 customer services twice, but no one seems to have a clue how to help! When I put in www.o2.co.uk/bluebook a box comes up asking if I want to save this file or use a programme from the internet to open it! I'm not great with computers, so I don't really have a clue. Or if I go onto the o2 website & try to get to Bluebook that way, it just tells you what Bluebook is, or you can click to sign up & join Bluebook. But I already have! I had a text to thank me for signing up, so I know I'm registered, I just need to be able to access it. Please help if you know how Thanks, Louise.
I'm having the exact same problem as louise. It's something to do with having o2 mobile broadband as i can get into bluebook fine when im at my parents house using their broadband connection. Anyone able to shed any light on this?
Im having the same problem. Messages from December and January are all missing. This is due to the service being down and they have had technical problems. I have contacted them many times but they are not very helpful. They have reasured me that the messages will be recoverd but they dont know when.
