Can anyone help? I signed up for Bluebook in November, since then I can't get onto it to view my stored texts, which I need for my solicitor, to do with my divorce. I've rang o2 customer services twice, but no one seems to have a clue how to help!

When I put in
www.o2.co.uk/bluebook a box comes up asking if I want to save this file or use a programme from the internet to open it! I'm not great with computers, so I don't really have a clue. Or if I go onto the o2 website & try to get to Bluebook that way, it just tells you what Bluebook is, or you can click to sign up & join Bluebook. But I already have! I had a text to thank me for signing up, so I know I'm registered, I just need to be able to access it. Please help if you know how
